r company put it’s baby step in 1985 by building individual houses in various parts of the city. Our first big project was in Pammal, Pallavaram where we built 81 beautiful flats in 20 grounds, thus creating four flats in one ground. We the started our mega project in Nanganallur where we built 32 beautiful apartments in 6 grounds and all of them sold like hot cakes. This put a stamp of our name in the building world.
Then we thought why not do something different? We wanted to combine the security of the flat with the luxury of having an individual bungalow. Thus the brainchild of twin bungalow was created. This was an idea that soon became our trademark.
In one ground we built 2 bungalows with a common centre wall. Each one is unique in its design and has separate compound and open spaces on all three sides with the car park. Each bungalow has its own ground floor, first floor and terrace. Over 80 houses were built and sold thus forming a beautiful colony namely “Sri Madurakali Nagar”. This colony has 40 feet roads and 20 feet roads. In the second phase we have constructed 6 bungalows in 3 grounds.
All our plots and building plans are approved by CMDA & Local Panchayat. Titles are clear so loan facilities are easily obtained. Very reasonable rates with good quality work.
